8. Messaging Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 10-100 messags a day. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

11. Opt-Out Information

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the (337) 279-3469. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

12. Age Restriction:

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

13. Payment Authorization & Card on File Policy:

By approving a quote from Patch Perfect Drywall & Home Services, you (“Client”) authorize Patch Perfect Drywall & Home Services to collect a deposit and store a valid payment method on file for the duration of your service agreement. Payment processing is handled securely through Jobber Payments. Patch Perfect Drywall & Home Services does not store your card details directly — all payment information is encrypted and maintained by our payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.

A deposit is required at the time of quote approval to confirm and schedule your job. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on file upon job completion. You will receive an invoice prior to the final charge being processed. A valid card on file is required before any work is scheduled or performed.

If you wish to dispute a charge, you must contact Patch Perfect Drywall & Home Services within 48 hours of the charge. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and directly before any third-party dispute process is initiated.
