•Touch-up painted repaired areas to match existing wall colors and textures
•Replaced missing outlet and switch plates throughout the home
•Ensured all electrical outlets and switches were properly secured
•Addressed trim and baseboard issues, including removal, reinstallation, caulking, and painting where coverage was inadequate
•Reset and properly installed vanity cabinets in both bathrooms, including trim and finishing
•Installed bathroom accessories, including towel bars and a grab bar in the master bathroom
•Replaced broken tile and reset loose tile, including shower tile affected by prior work
•Regrouted affected areas and steam cleaned and sealed all included grout
•Adjusted interior doors to ensure proper operation
•Installed new weatherstripping on exterior doors
